Section 5(2) in Andhra Pradesh Special Protection Force Rules, 2000
(2)Special Qualifications. - No person shall be eligible for appointment by transfer for Category 3 of Class-A Assistant Commandant, Special Protection Force, unless he or she fulfills the following conditions:(a)Shall be a Graduate from a recongnised University of India(b)shall be an approved probationer in the category of Deputy Superintendent of Police or Assistant Commandant;(c)shall have good record of service and maintain clean defaulter sheet without any major punishment;(d)shall not be more than 42 years of age as on the date of appointment by transfer.
