2. Definitions.
- In this Order unless the context otherwise requires-(a)"Factory" means a factory as defined in the Factories Act, 1948, but does not include a factory in which on manufacturing process is being or is ordinarily carried on with the aid of power;(b)The expressions "Shop" and "Commercial establishments" have respectively the meaning assigned to them in the Uttar Pradesh Dookan Aur Vanijya Adhisthan Adhiniyam, 1962.
