(6)The person in-charge of transfer operations shall ensure that transfer operations are stopped in the event of -(i)any leakage;(ii)a fire occurring in the vicinity;(iii)a severe electrical storm occurring in the vicinity in the case of an operation which involves venting of flammable gas.
