83.
(1)The Board, Committee, Labour Commissioner, Punjab the licensing officer of the Inspector or any other authority under the Act or these rules shall have powers to call for any information or statistics in relation to contract labour from any contractor or principal employer at any time by an order in writing.(2)Any person called upon to furnish the information under sub-rule (i) shall be legally bound to do so.Form 1[See Rule 17(1)]Application for registration of establishments employing Contract Labour.
