13. Temporary permit for transport of animals or birds.
(1)The Licensing Officer shall issue in Form VI any temporary permit valid for three days from the date of issue of such permit to any person for transport of animals or birds into the town or city and from any part of the town or city to any slaughter house within or outside the municipal limits, on an application given by any person in Form VII to the Licensing Officer.(2)Before issuing of such a temporary permit, the Licensing Officer shall satisfy himself that the animals or birds to be transported are being kept in proper condition and are being transported in proper condition.
