Section 56 in The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006
56. Annual Report.
(1)The Annual Report of the University shall be prepared by the Executive Council and approved by the Governing Council. The Annual Report shall be sent to the Chancellor who shall cause it to be laid before the Nagaland Legislative Assembly.(2)If the University has off-campus in another State or off-shore campus in another country the Annual Reports shall also be sent to the Government of the State or foreign county.
