Section 56(1) in The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006
(1)The Annual Report of the University shall be prepared by the Executive Council and approved by the Governing Council. The Annual Report shall be sent to the Chancellor who shall cause it to be laid before the Nagaland Legislative Assembly.
