Section 73(1) in Himachal Pradesh Municipal Election Rules, 2015
(1)As soon as practicable after the closing of the poll the Presiding Officer shall close the slit of the ballot box, seal it and allow any desirous polling agent to affix his own seal. The ballot box shall thereafter be sealed and secured properly.
