Section 78(1) in The M.P. Krishi Upaj Mandi (Mandi Samiti Ka Nirvachan) Rules, 1997
(1)The Returning Officer shall prepare a Return of Election to the Office of-(a)Member in Form 25 on the basis of the result sheet compiled in Form 22;(b)Chairman in Form 26 on the basis of the result sheet compiled in Forms 23 and 24.
