Section 65(1) in Arunachal Pradesh (Horticultural Produce, Marketing and Processing) Board Act, 2014
(1)Any person aggrieved by an order passed under section 25, 26, or 37 may prefer an appeal, in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed, to(a)The Committee, where such order is passed by the Secretary of the Committee with in thirty days from the date of order;(b)The Board, where such order is passed by the committee of the Board within thirty days from the date of order; and(c)The State Government, where such order is passed by the Managing Director of the Board or by the Board, within thirty days from the date of such order.
