Section 4D(1) in Karnataka Town and Country Planning Act, 1961
(1)Subject to the provisions of subsection (2), the term of office and conditions of service of the Chairman and members of a planning authority constituted under section 4C shall be such as may be prescribed and they shall be entitled to receive such allowances as may be fixed by the State Government.
