Section 12(1) in Surveyor, Class III, Forest Department (Competitive Examination) Rules, 2013
(1)No candidate shall be allowed to appear at the examination unless the Board or the Authority is satisfied that candidate is eligible in all respect and he has complied with all the requirements including the payment of the requisite examination fees.
