Section 12 in Surveyor, Class III, Forest Department (Competitive Examination) Rules, 2013
12. Board/Authority's decision final.
(1)No candidate shall be allowed to appear at the examination unless the Board or the Authority is satisfied that candidate is eligible in all respect and he has complied with all the requirements including the payment of the requisite examination fees.(2)The decision of the Board or the Authority as to the eligibility of a candidate for admission to the examination shall be final and the candidate who has not been permitted to appear in the examination by the Board or the Authority shall not be allowed to appear at the examination.
