Section 4(4) in Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Electricity Supply Code) Regulations, 2015
4.2Electricity shall be supplied on AC system with a frequency of 50 cycles per second on the following voltage levels and number of phases:(a)Low Tension(i)Single Phase: 230 volts between phases and neutral(ii)Three Phase: 400 volts between phases(b)High Tension (H.T) - Three Phase: 6.6 kV, 11 kV, 22 kV or 33 kV between phases.(c)Extra High Tension (EHT) - Three Phase: 66 kV, 110 kV, 132 kV, 220 kV or 400 kV between phases.(d)For Railway Traction, two phase HT supply with 25 kV between phases and EHT supply with 132 kV supply between phases may be given.
