Section 27(1) in Birsa Munda Tribal University Act, 2017
(1)Hie Academic Council shall be the academic body of the University and shall consist of the following members, namely:-(i)the Vice-Chancellor, ex-officio Chairperson;(ii)the Pro-Vice-Chancellor;(iii)the Deans of Faculties;(iv)not more than six members from the members of Faculties, who are not Deans, to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor;
