41. Regulations.
(1)The Authorities of the University may by notification in the Official Gazette make regulations consistent with this Act and the Statutes,-(a)laying down the procedure to be observed at their meetings and the number of members required to form the quorum;(b)providing for matters which by this Act or the Statutes have to be regulated by the regulations.(2)Every authority of the University shall make regulations provided for the giving of notice to the member of such authority of the dates of the meetings and the business to be considered at meeting and for keeping records of the proceedings of the meetings.
