Section 41(1) in The Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya Vishwavidhyalaya Adhiniyam, 1991
(1)The Authorities of the University may by notification in the Official Gazette make regulations consistent with this Act and the Statutes,-(a)laying down the procedure to be observed at their meetings and the number of members required to form the quorum;(b)providing for matters which by this Act or the Statutes have to be regulated by the regulations.
