Section 21(1) in Manonmaniam Sundaranar University Act, 1990
(1)The Senate shall meet atleast twice in every year on dates to fixed by the Vice-Chancellor, One of such meetings shall be called the annul meeting. The Senate may also meet at such other times as it may, from time time, determine.
