Section 71(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009
(1)Full capacity charges shall be recoverable at normative capacity index specified in Regulation 64 above. Recovery of capacity (fixed) charges below the level of target availability shall be on pro rata basis. At zero availability, no capacity charges shall be payable.
