Section 24(8) in The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
(8)The Application for Licence shall specifically state the following :(a)the deviation, if any, the applicant proposes from the General Conditions of Licence contained in Appendix 3 to these Regulations and reasons in support thereof; and(b)the specific terms which the applicant proposes as applicable to the licence sought, in addition to the General Conditions of Licence.
