50. Validity of Certificate of Registration.
(1)A certificate of registration granted under section 52 shall, unless revoked under section 53, remain in force for a period as may be specified by the State Government from time to time.(2)If satisfied, the competent authority may extend the period of registration for a further period of two years at a time, after realising the renewal fee of Rs. 100.
