65.2Not withstanding anything contained in the conditions specified above, cylinders containing liquefied petroleum gas exceeding 100 Kilograms but not exceeding 300 Kilograms may be kept in a storage shed forming part of, or attached to building, if it is separated there from by a substantial partition and the only means of access to it is from outside. Such a storage shed shall not be situated under any staircase or near other entrances to or exits from the rest of the building or other buildings. A shed used for storage of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders shall be surrounded by a suitable fence to prevent unauthorized persons from having access to the shed.
