9. Renewal of licence.
(1)The procedure prescribed in rule 3 shall apply in relation to a renewal of licence as they apply in relation to the grant of a licence.(2)Every application for renewal of a licence shall be made three months before the date of expiry of the period of licence. The Director, after satisfying himself, may renew it for a further period of five years.
