Section 91(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Police Act, 2007
(1)All Non-Gazetted Police Officers shall be exempted from application of classification, discipline, appeal and conduct Rules applicable to other State Government employees, and shall be governed by Rules framed under this Act for the said purpose.
