2. Definitions.
(1)In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires----(a)"Act" means the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006);(b)"Information" means any information as specified in Rule 3 and includes any document in hard copy or soft copy;(c)"Officer" means the officer appointed under sub-section (1) of Section 26 of the Act.(2)Words and expressions used in these rules and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the same meanings as assigned to them in the Act.
