Section 27(1) in Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce and Livestock Contract Farming and Services (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2019
(1)In case of any dispute arising out of an agreement made in conformity to this Act, the parties to the contract may seek a mutually acceptable solution through the process of negotiation or through third party mediation or conciliation in the manner, as may be prescribed.
