27. Negotiation or third party mediation or conciliation.
(1)In case of any dispute arising out of an agreement made in conformity to this Act, the parties to the contract may seek a mutually acceptable solution through the process of negotiation or through third party mediation or conciliation in the manner, as may be prescribed.(2)The contracting parties may mutually identify the conciliator or mediator in the manner as specified in the agreement.
