15. Powers and duties of Chairperson and Member-Secretary.
(1)The Chairperson shall exercise such powers and discharge such duties as may be prescribed or as may, from time to time be delegated to him by the Authority.(2)The Member-Secretary shall exercise such powers and discharge such duties as may be prescribed or as may, from time to time, be delegated to him by the Authority or the Chairperson.
