Section 28(v) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Admission Conduct of Examinations and Conferment of Certificates and Diplomas) Regulations, 1992
(v)Such a candidate shall subject to his securing the minimum pass marks prescribed under the Regulation 23 be declared as passed, and neither the aggregate shall be drawn nor division awarded in such cases only 'P' (for pass) will be awarded to such a candidate.
