13. Records to be maintained by manufacturers, etc.
(1)Every'manufacturer or repairer of, or dealer in weight or measure licensed under the Act and these rules shall maintain a register in the appropriate form set out in Schedule X.(2)[ Omitted.] [[Omitted by M.P.
