Section 1 in The M.P. Nagar Palika (Registration of Coloniser, Terms and Conditions) Rules, 1998
1. Short title, commencement and extent.
(1)These rules may be called the Madhya Pradesh Nagar Palika (Registration of Coloniser, Terms and Conditions) Rules, 1998.(2)They shall come into force with effect from the date of publication in the "Madhya Pradesh Rajpatra".(3)These rules shall apply within the limits of all Municipal Corporation, Municipal Council, Nagar Panchayat [x x x] [Words 'and in the planning area declared by the Directorate of Town and Country Planning' omitted by Notification No. 3/18-3/2001, dated 3-1-2001.].
