Section 2(49) in Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2005
49.52Hz but not below 49.02 Hz and the scheduled generation is more than 98.5% of the declared capacity, the scheduled generation shall be deemed to have been reduced to 98.5% of the declared capacity, and if the average frequency for any time block is below 49.02 Hz and the scheduled generation is more than 96.5% of the declared capacity, the scheduled generation shall be deemed to have been reduced to 96.5% of the declared capacity.(jj)Transmission licensee', means a person granted licence for intra-state transmission of electricity and includes STU.(kk)'Transmission System' means a line with associated sub-stations or a group of lines inter-connected together along with associated sub-stations and the term includes equipment associated with transmission lines and sub-stations;(ll)'Year' means a financial year.Words or expressions occurring in these Regulations and not defined herein but defined in other Regulations published by the Commission or the Electricity Act 2003 shall bear the same meaning respectively assigned to the terms in the Act / Regulations.
