Section 39(1) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Admission Conduct of Examinations and Conferment of Certificates and Diplomas) Regulations, 1992
(1)No candidate shall be permitted to enter the examination hall after the commencement of the examination. The Superintendent of the Centre may however at his discretion permit a candidate to take the examination if a candidate reports himself within half an hour of the commencement of the examination.
