(1)(a)I opt for the retirement benefits admissible under the Punjab Privately Managed Recognised Aided Schools Retirement Benefits Scheme, 1992, as amended from time to time by the Government.(b)I undertake to abide by all the instructions referred above and as may be amended and issued from time to time in this regard.
