(1)The Member-Convenor, assisted by the Library Assistant, shall maintain the records and registers as required in the guide-lines of the Raja Rammohun Roy Library Foundation and the State Government.(2)The records and registers shall be verified periodically by the Member-Director.(3)The member-Director shall be responsible to make exhaustive verification of stock and store once a year and to initiate remedial action wherever required.
