Section 10(2) in Jamadar, Class-III, Prohibition and Excise (Competitive Examination) Rules, 2013
(2)The candidate who is declared qualified for appearing in the main examination shall be required to submit an application in such form, with such fees and in such manner as may be prescribed by the Board. The fees once paid shall not be refunded or held over for the subsequent examination.
