10. Application to appear in examination.
(1)A candidate who desires to appear at the preliminary examination shall submit an application in such form, with such fees and in such manner as may be prescribed by the Board.(2)The candidate who is declared qualified for appearing in the main examination shall be required to submit an application in such form, with such fees and in such manner as may be prescribed by the Board. The fees once paid shall not be refunded or held over for the subsequent examination.
