Section 100(11) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1967
(11)No officer or servant employed by a Market Committee shall -(a)except in accordance with the general or special order of the Committee, communicate directly or indirectly the contents of any confidential documents or information to any member of the general public;(b)canvass or otherwise interfere or use his influence in connection with, or take part in, any election to the Committee otherwise than in the discharge of any duties assigned to him officially.
