Section 5(1) in Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce and Livestock Contract Farming and Services (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2019
(1)(a)The Chairperson shall cease to hold office as soon as he vacates the office of the Agricultural Production Commissioner or Secretary to Government, as the case may be.(b)Every ex-officio member shall cease to be a member of the Authority as soon as he vacates the office by virtue of which he is a member of the Authority.
