Section 3(a) in The Sugar (Price Determination for 2010-2011 Production) Order, 2011
(a)the prices specified in column 3 of Schedule I and Schedule II do not include the excise duty or additional excise duty in lieu of sale tax or the special excise duty as the case may be which the producer can recover at the rate in force at the relevant time, in addition to the prices as determined under this Order;
