(4)The Returning Officer shall, then, complete the list of contesting candidates in Form 9 and publish -(i)in the case of election of members of District Panchayat or Panchayat Union Council at the offices of the Returning Officer, and the District Panchayat or the Panchayat Union and two or more conspicuous places which the Returning Officer considers necessary; and(ii)in the case of election of President and members of Village Panchayat, on the [Notice Board of the Village Panchayat] [Substituted by G.
