Section 81(1) in Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Employees Service) Regulations, 2015
(1)Minor penalties. - (a) Censure;(b)Withholding of promotion;(c)Recovery from pay of the whole or part of any pecuniary loss caused to the Authority by the employee by negligence or breach of orders;(d)Reduction to a lower stage in the time scale of pay for a period not exceeding three years without cumulative effect;(e)withholding of increments of pay;
