Section 44(1) in The M.P. Nagarpalika Nirvachan Niyam, 1994
(1)The District Election Officer shall provide at each polling station sufficient number of ballot boxes and ballot papers, copies of the voters' list in respect of the polling area, articles necessary for voters to make the ballot papers as well as such other instruments and accessories as may be required for taking the poll at such polling station.
