Section 13(2) in The Static and Mobile Pressure Vessels (Unfired) Rules, 2016
(2)A test and inspection certificate issued by the Inspector and countersigned by the approved fabricator in the prescribed proforma that the vessel meets with the requirements of the standard or code referred to in sub-rule (1) shall be furnished to the Chief Controller or Controller authorized by the Chief Controller.
