Section 11(11) in Haryana State Central Co-operative Bank's Staff Service (Common Cadre) Rules, 1975
11.2(i)Annual character rolls and confidential reports shall be recorded in the proforma as prescribed by Manager. This record will be confidential and shall remain in the custody of the Manager. All reports shall be written and deposited with the Manager within 3 months of the close of the Co-operative year.(ii)In case adverse remarks are recorded in respect of any employee, these shall be communicated to the concerned employee within a period of 6 months following the cooperative year to which the report relates.(iii)An appeal against adverse remarks shall be made within 30 days from the receipt of such communication. The appeal shall be considered by the appointing authority for decision whose decision shall be final and binding.
