Section 32(3) in Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Act, 2010
(3)The Board of Studies at its first meeting shall co-opt,-(a)two post-graduate teachers having not less than ten years teaching experience from among the teachers of affiliated Colleges, one of them preferably woman;(b)two eminent persons who are,-(i)either Professors or Associate Professors in other Universities; or(ii)persons with relevant experience of not less than ten years in national laboratories or research institution or recognized institutions; or(iii)experts in related field having published,-(a)at least one book in the relevant subject; or(b)research paper in recognized national or international journal.
