40. Regulations. -
The authorities of the University may make regulations not inconsistent with this Act and the Statutes [and the Ordinances] [Words inserted by W. B. Act 31 of 1981.] for the purpose of -(a)laying down the procedure to be observed at their meetings and the number of members required to form the quorum; and(b)providing for matters which by this Act or the Statutes, [or the Ordinances] [Words inserted by W. B. Act 31 of 1981.] have to be regulated by regulation.
