Section 15(15) in Jammu and Kashmir State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Multi Year Generation Tariff) Regulations, 2016
15.2The generating company shall submit information as part of annual performance review on actual performance to assess the performance vis-à-vis the targets approved by the Commission at the beginning of the Control Period. This shall include annual statements of its performance and accounts including latest available accounting statements, norms achieved and the tariff worked out in accordance with these Regulations.
