15. Annual performance review. - 15.1 To ensure smooth implementation of the Multi Year Tariff (MYT) framework, the Commission may undertake periodic reviews of generating company's performance during the Control Period, to address any practical issues, concerns or unexpected outcomes that may arise.
15.2The generating company shall submit information as part of annual performance review on actual performance to assess the performance vis-à-vis the targets approved by the Commission at the beginning of the Control Period. This shall include annual statements of its performance and accounts including latest available accounting statements, norms achieved and the tariff worked out in accordance with these Regulations.15.3The Commission may also direct any modifications to the forecast of the Generating Company for the remainder of the Control Period, with detailed reasons for the same.
