Section 12(1) in The Orissa Forest Rest House Occupation Rules, 1983
(1)All persons whether occupying the Rest House or not, but using the compound for pitching tents shall be subject to the Rest House Rules. Priority of the use of kitchens, out houses and utensils, etc. shall rest with the occupants of the Rest House.
